Artículo cuarenta y tres. Este Decreto rige desde la fecha de su expedición, deroga el artículo 94 del Decreto 1635 de 1960, los artículos 22 y 41 del Decreto 3267 de 1963, el Decreto 934 de 1964 y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
