º . Los Títulos de Tesorería, TES, Clase B, y las disponibilidades de caja a que se refiere este Decreto, serán administrados en las cuentas y en un portafolio de inversión independiente de los demás recursos que para tal fin administre la Dirección General de Crédito Público y del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. Para el manejo y administración de este portafolio, tal Dirección General podrá realizar todas aquellas operaciones legalmente autorizadas para el manejo de sus excedentes y de los fondos que administre.
