Artículo segundo. Las Intendencias y Comisarias incluirán en sus respectivos presupuestos de gastos anuales, las sumas indicadas en el artículo anterior, y las girarán al Agente Fiscal dentro de los tres (3) primeros meses de la vigencia fiscal.
