° Para los efectos fiscales, y al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo 27 de la Ley 23 de 1916, los individuos de las Bandas de Músicos tendrán las siguientes asimilaciones: Solistas, Sargentos primeros; Músicos de primera clase, Sargentos segundos; Músicos de segunda clase, Cabos primeros; Músicos de tercera clase, Cabos segundos.
