La Dirección de la Contabilidad General de la República, la Oficina Central de Ordenación, las de Reconocimientos de los Ministerios, las pagadoras de los gastos, las recaudadoras de las rentas y la Sección de Crédito Público procederán a abrir las cuentas para el período económico de 1º de marzo de 1918 a 28 de febrero de 1919, precisamente de acuerdo con la respectiva liquidación de los Presupuestos tan luégo como la reciban.
