La forma de pago del interés social deberá establecerse en los estatutos de cada empresa. Si el interés social incluye bienes inmuebles adjudicados por el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, sobre los cuales se haya declarado la caducidad administrativa de la adjudicación, en la liquidación se observará lo prescrito en el numeral 3º del artículo 81 de la Ley 135 de 1961.
