Modifícase el artículo 2.6.12.1.9 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.6.12.1.9 Límites globales de inversión para el Portafolio de Corto Plazo del Fondo de Cesantía. Los recursos del Portafolio de Corto Plazo se pueden invertir en los activos señalados en el artículo 2.6.12.1.2 del presente decreto, exceptuando los instrumentos descritos en los subnumerales 1.9.2, 1.10, 1.11, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 3.5.2 y 3.6 así como en los fondos de inversión colectiva cerrados de que tratan los subnumerales 1.8 y 1.9.4.”
