º . Modifícase el artículo 1º del Decreto 2599 de 1998, el cual quedará así: "Artículo1º. Ordénase la emisión, a través de Hacienda y Crédito Público, de Títulos de Deuda Pública Interna de la Nación, "Títulos de Tesorería -TES- Clase B", hasta por la suma de once billones setecientos noventa y seis mil setecientos noventa y seis millones de pesos ($11.796.796.000.000) moneda legal colombiana, destinados a financiar apropiaciones del Presupuesto General de la Nación de la vigencia fiscal de 1999".
