Art. 77. Los preparatorios serán tres, dividiendo en tres grupos las respectivas materias, de los cuales el primero comprenderá lo relativo á las matemáticas é idiomas; el segundo, lo relativo á ciencias naturales, y el tercero lo que constituye propiamente los cursos de Minería, inclusive la Economía política y la Higiene, en relación con la Minería y el Código de Minas. Cada uno de los exámenes durará hora y media, y será hecho por tres examinadores nombrados por el Rector, Presidente del acto.
