Custodia de valores que integran el portafolio del fondo de capital privado. Las sociedades administradoras de Fondos de Capital Privado deberán contratar la custodia de los valores que integran el portafolio de los Fondos de Capital Privado que administren, con entidades que de conformidad con el artículo 2.37.2.1.1 del presente decreto puedan ejecutar la actividad de custodia de valores. Las sociedades administradoras de Fondos de Capital Privado o el gestor profesional, en caso que exista, ejercerán las actividades complementarias a la custodia de valores cuando estas no sean desarrolladas por el custodio.
