Adiciónase Un Inciso Al Parágrafo 3° Del Artículo 2

Decreto 2411 de 2015 · por el cual se modifican algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1077 de 2015 en lo relacionado con los Programas de Vivienda Gratuita y de Vivienda de Interés Prioritario para Ahorradores (VIPA), y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Parágrafo 3

del artículo 2.1.1.2.1.3.1 del Decreto 1077 de 2015, con el siguiente texto: “Cuando el proyecto se ejecute en un corregimiento urbano de la jurisdicción de un municipio, se priorizarán en todos los criterios a los cuales se refiere esta sección, los hogares que luego del proceso de postulación reporten que se encuentren ubicados en los respectivos corregimientos, para lo cual Fonvivienda podrá solicitar la información respectiva a los alcaldes municipales o distritales”.
