º Modificar el artículo 6º el Decreto 1949 de 1980, en el sentido de aplicar el gravamen arancelario del 30% vigente para terceros países a las importaciones de las películas de polipropileno biorientado (PPBO) clasificables por la subpartida Nandina 3920.20.00.90 (Nabandina 39.02.41.02), cuando sean originarias y provenientes de los Países Miembros del Acuerdo de Cartagena.
