Art. 2319. El que ha recibido de buena fe no es responsable de los deterioros o pérdidas de la especie que se le dio en el falso concepto de debérsele, aunque hayan sobrevenido por negligencia suya; salvo en cuanto le hayan hecho mas rico.

Pero desde que sabe que la cosa fue pagada indebidamente, contrae todas las obligaciones del poseedor de mala fe.
