Los planes de incentivos, que hacen parte de los planes de bienestar social, tienen por objeto otorgar reconocimientos por el buen desempeño, propiciando así una cultura de trabajo orientada a la calidad y productividad bajo un esquema de mayor compromiso con los objetivos estratégicos de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN).
