Artículo segundo. Para todos los efectos administrativos, el nuevo Corregimiento principiará a funcionar a partir del próximo 1° de agosto. El Gobierno Intendencial dictará todas las medidas tendientes a la correcta organización del Corregimiento, especialmente en cuanto a la creación de sus rentas y la designación de la Junta de Fomento, tal como lo ordenan los artículos 4° de la Ley 2ª de 1943, 5° y 6° del Decreto reglamentario número 2451 del mismo año, y 12 y 13 del Decreto número 3271 de 1962. Comuníquese y publíquese.
