El Gobierno Nacional procederá a rectificar y pavimentar la carretera troncal de Rionegro, en el Departamento de Cundinamarca, en el sector comprendido entre las ciudades de Zipaquirá y Pacho, para lo cual tomará los fondos necesarios de las partidas ya apropiadas o que se apropien en las próximas vigencias fiscales con destino a conservación y pavimentación de carreteras nacionales, respectivamente.
