° El Comité Organizador, para la ejecución de las obras y ordenación de los gastos de que trata este Decreto, elaborará los respectivos presupuestos, que enviará copias autenticadas a los Ministerios de Obras Públicas y de Educación Nacional y a la Contraloría General de la Republica.
