Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para que una vez que éntre en posesión de estos terrenos, proceda a arreglar con la Compañía de Jesús establecida en Bucaramanga, los reclamos a que hubiere lugar por las mejoras puestas en tales fincas durante el tiempo que la Compañía ha venido ocupándolas en virtud de Ordenanzas expedida por la Asamblea Departamental.
