ARTICULO 76 . Intervención de los Gobernadores. - Los Gobernadores de los Departamentos intervendrán en la solución de los conflictos laborales cuando el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social así lo solicite. Dicha intervención se efectuará en coordinación con las Direcciones Regionales de Trabajo y Seguridad Social o con los Inspectores de Trabajo y Seguridad Social según el caso.
