Articulo 8º. Toda persona con derecho, a prestaciones por enfermedad o maternidad en la institución de un País Miembro, podrá recibirlas en la institución de otro País Miembro en cuyo territorio se encuentre de acuerdo con las normas del artículo 9º. Igual principio se aplicará respecto del derecho a prestaciones de los miembros de la familia de un asegurado; sea que residan o se encuentren con este o sin él en territorio de un País Miembros; siempre que aquellos tuvieren derecho a esas prestaciones conforme a la legislación de ese País Miembro.
