Los fabricantes de vinos nacionales de frutas que den al consumo estos productos sin cumplir todos los requisitos exigidos por los decretos reglamentarios respectivos, incurrirán en las sanciones establecidas por el Artículo 12 del Decreto 1048 de 1950, las cuales se aplicaran mediante el procedimiento que en el mismo se determina.
