La partida mencionada en el artículo 1º. de esta Ley, se incluirá en los Presupuestos de las próximas vigencias, y en caso de que no lo fuera, el Gobierno Nacional queda ampliamente autorizado para abrir los créditos, hacer los traslados que fueren del caso a efecto de darle cumplimiento a esta Ley.
