LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 43. Serán sancionados con multa de seis (6) a diez (10) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes los Remitentes de la Carga, que contraten la prestación del Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor de Carga, con empresas de transporte no habilitadas, o lo hagan directamente con el propietario, poseedor o tenedor de un vehículo de servicio público o de servicio particular, salvo lo establecido en el Decreto 2044 del 30 de septiembre de 1988.
