El Parágrafo Segundo (Transitorio) Del Artículo 1

Parágrafo 2

(transitorio) del artículo 1.6.0.0.1.del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

Para la determinación del capital mínimo que han de satisfacer las entidades que proyecten convertirse, conforme a lo previsto en el presente artículo, se tendrá en cuenta, además de los montos de capital pagado y reserva legal a que se alude en el artículo 1.3.1.1.2. de este Estatuto, el superávit por donaciones, teniendo en cuenta para el efecto las reglas contables que conforme a sus facultades expida la Superintendencia Bancaria".
