° Los planes y programas de recuperación y prevención de la salud serán los que lleve a cabo el Servicio Seccional de Salud de los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, de conformidad con los respectivos planes seccionales de salud aprobados por el Ministerio de Salud Pública.
