Artículo segundo. Igualmente, de los recursos de que trata el artículo 1° se tomarán las partidas necesarias para el aumento de asignaciones del profesorado de nivel medio, dependiente de los Departamentos. Para este efecto se establecerá en decreto posterior una tabla similar a la del artículo 1° del presente Decreto, la cual no podrá contemplar un aumento inferior, proporcionalmente, al establecido para el Magisterio de Enseñanza Primaria.
