° Las disposiciones de los artículos 154 á 157 del Código Político y Municipal son aplicables al Intendente, quien tendrá las atribuciones que confiere á los Gobernadores el artículo 158 del mismo Código, y las demás que á estos atribuyan las leyes ó que el Gobierno les haya delegado, excepto las relacionadas con las Asambleas Departamentales.
