º DE LOS PRINCIPIOS QUE ORIENTAN EL REGIMEN DISCIPLINARIO.El régimen disciplinario previsto en este decreto es de naturaleza administrativa; la interpretación de sus normas se hará con referencia al derecho administrativo, con preferencia a cualquier otro ordenamiento jurídico y su aplicación deberá sujetarse a los principios de economía, celeridad, eficacia, imparcialidad, publicidad y contradicción que orientan toda actuación administrativa, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 3º del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
