Capítulo Presupuestal Independiente del Sistema General de Regalías para Entidades Territoriales. El presupuesto de las entidades territoriales a las cuales les aplica este capítulo presupuestal contendrá un capítulo independiente de Regalías el cual debe incorporar los rubros a los que hace referencia el catálogo de clasificación presupuestal del Sistema General de Regalías expedido por la Dirección General de Presupuesto Público Nacional, del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
