Informe de incumplimiento. La Unidad Administrativa Especial del Servicio Público de Empleo remitirá al Ministerio del Trabajo, el informe de incumplimiento de las obligaciones o configuración de prohibiciones establecidas en el presente decreto, con el fin de que se adelante el procedimiento que corresponda por este hecho. El Ministerio del Trabajo establecerá el protocolo para definir los parámetros de este trámite.PARÁGRAFO. El informe remitido por la Unidad Administrativa Especial del Servicio Público de Empleo deberá estar acompañado de los soportes necesarios dentro del proceso de seguimiento y monitoreo realizado a los prestadores autorizados, los cuales tendrán validez dentro de la actuación administrativa a que haya lugar.
