Art. 378. Si la alteracion de que habla el artículo anterior ocurriere en un puerto colombiano distinto de aquel en que fué nacionalizado el buque, el funcionario que intervenga lo participará al que autorizó la nacionalizacion, para que anote el cambio en el rejistro primitivo.
