Los procesos que se encuentren en curso al momento de la entrada en vigencia de esta ley deberán ser enviados a la Secretaría General, en el estado en que se encuentren, siempre que no se haya practicado la audiencia pública. Los procesos en los que se hubiere practicado dicha audiencia quedarán de única instancia.
