° La Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero, Sección de Fomento Agrícola, como administradora de los servicios del Fondo de Fomento Agrícola del Magdalena, someterá a la aprobación del Gobierno la nómina general de empleados y asignaciones del personal que tenga a su servicio en la administración delegada de ese Fondo.
