° La planeación, ejecución y control de las obras con destino a las Fuerzas Armadas que se adelanten por la Dirección Técnica-del Servicio de Ingeniería, así como los contratos que se suscriban por dicha dependencia, deberán autorizarse-conjuntamente por el Director y Subdirector de dicho Servicio.
