Para el Ingreso y salida del país de niños, niñas y adolescentes, la Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia en cumplimiento de sus funciones dará cabal aplicación a las normas que las autoridades competentes hayan referido para tal fin, garantizando prevalentemente el ejercicio pleno de sus derechos y su protección integral, bajo el principio de favorabilidad al momento de efectuar los controles migratorios.
