Objeto. La presente sección tiene por objeto establecer el procedimiento para la aplicación de la tarifa diferencial de Impuesto sobre las Ventas (IVA) del cinco por ciento (5%), en la adquisición de neveras nuevas para sustitución por el adquirente.
