Consecuencias de la aplicación. Si la medida sanitaria de seguridad fue impuesta deberá iniciarse el respectivo proceso sancionatorio. Una vez impuesta una medida sanitaria de seguridad o preventiva, la misma permanecerá vigente mientras subsista la causa que dio origen. Aplicada la medida preventiva o de seguridad, sus antecedentes deberán obrar dentro del respectivo proceso sancionatorio.

Decreto 1500 de 2007 · por el cual se establece el reglamento técnico a través del cual se crea el Sistema Oficial de Inspección, Vigilancia y Control de la Carne, Productos Cárnicos Comestibles y Derivados Cárnicos, destinados para el Consumo Humano y los requisitos sanitarios y de inocuidad que se deben cumplir en su producción primaria, beneficio, desposte, desprese, procesamiento, almacenamiento, transporte, comercialización, expendio, importación o exportación.
