El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico, mediante acto administrativo, distribuirá el personal en los cargos de la planta que se establecen mediante el presente Decreto, de conformidad con la estructura interna del Ministerio, la naturaleza de las funciones, las necesidades del servicio y los planes de la institución.
