Capacitación extranjeros . Podrán ingresar al curso de formación de Oficiales y de Suboficiales, los nacionales de otros países, que sean designados por los respectivos gobiernos y aceptados por el de Colombia, a quienes se les conferirá el título de Oficial o Suboficial honorario, previa aprobación del respectivo curso.
