En todas las puertas y demás medios de salida de los almacenes generales de depósito, se pondrán cerraduras suministradas por el Gobierno, y diferentes de las que emplee el Administrador o el dueño del almacén. Las llaves de esas cerraduras serán entregadas para su custodia, al terminarse el trabajo de cada día, al respectivo Jefe de personal de aduana responsable de la vigilancia del almacén.
