El valor del auxilio a que se refiere el artículo 1º. de esta Ley, será entregado por el Gobierno Nacional a la Secretaría de Obras Públicas del Departamento del Meta, quien a su vez se encargará de elaborar los planos y prestar la atención técnica correspondiente.
