La empresa de transporte que no cumplan estas disposiciones serán sancionadas por el Instituto Nacional del Transporte, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en Ios artículos 103 y siguientes del Decreto 1393 de 1970. Los Alcaldes Municipales y el Intendente de San Andrés remitirán a las autoridades competentes de dicho instituto el informe, acerca de la empresa que desatienda el ejercicio de las facultades a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, a fin de que le sea impuesta la sanción correspondiente.
