º . Prohibición de iniciar o desarrollar nuevas actividades . El Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en Liquidación, no podrá iniciar o desarrollar nuevas actividades en cumplimiento de su objeto social y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para expedir los actos, celebrar los contratos y adelantar las acciones tendientes a su liquidación.
