Decreto 103 de 2001 · por el cual se promulga el "Acuerdo de Cooperación para la Prevención, Control y Represión del Lavado de Activos Derivado de Cualquier Actividad Ilícita entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República del Paraguay", hecho en Santa Fe de Bogotá, D. C., el treinta y uno (31) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997).
