Corresponde a los Inspectores Nacionales del Trabajo y a los Alcaldes, en su defecto, la aplicación de las sanciones a que se refiere el artículo 1° de la Ley 72 de 1931, y para hacerlas efectivas seguirán el mismo procedimiento indicado en los artículos anteriores. Los Inspectores del Trabajo podrán comisionar a los Alcaldes para hacer las notificaciones y citaciones a que hubiere lugar y para efectuar el cierre de los establecimientos.
