Art. 1.° Entre tanto que se edifican locales para la Aduana que actualmente existe en La Vega, en el punto en que definitivamente ha de quedar esa oficina, continuará en aquel lugar la respectiva Administracion, i los almacenes de la Aduana estarán en Puerto Villamizar.
