Estrategias de divulgación y promoción. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional adoptará conjuntamente con el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, estrategias de divulgación y promoción relacionadas con la educación ambiental, para la protección y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales y la participación ciudadana y comunitaria, tanto en lo referente a la educación formal, como en la educación informal y para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano.
