Art. 4.° Exímense del pago de derechos de importación y de cualquiera otro impuesto nacional, los útiles y aparatos que se introduzcan para el servicio de la Comisión de minas á que se refiere esta Ley, y las máquinas, útiles, aparatos y objetos, de cualquiera clase, que vengan destinados a la Casa de fundición, apartado de metales &.none &.none de dicho Departamento.
