º A partir del 1º de enero de 1989, reajústase en un veinticinco por ciento (25%) el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se les aplica este decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios 721 y 897 de 1978, y 126 de 1988. Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, resultaren centavos, se desecharán.
