º. Modificase el artículo segundo del decreto 1820 de 1998, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 2º. El Alto Consejo Presidencial, ejercerá las siguientes funciones: Asesorar al Presidente de la República en materia de Comunicaciones. Asesorar al Presidente de la República en materia de generación de empleo y en materia económica. Las demás funciones que le asigne el señor Presidente de la República.
